Project Access Clark County Program Manger

Free Clinic of SW Washington is seeking a qualified and motivated manager to lead the Project Access Clark County program and join the Free Clinic leadership team.

Free Clinic Mission
To provide and facilitate access to free, compassionate, quality health care for children and adults who are otherwise unable to access such services.

Position: Project Access Clark County Program Manager
Job Classification: Regular employee; Exempt
Hours: 20 hours/week; Monday-Friday; may require some flexing up to 40 hours periodically
Description: The Program Manager manages the operations of the Project Access Clark County program including direct supervision of operations, program fundraising, reports management, data analysis, budget management, development of marketing materials, physician and hospital volunteer outreach, coordination of PACC Advisory Committee and participation in regional Project Access NOW operations.

Education & Training Requirements for Position:

  • Bachelor's degree in medical office administration, nursing, medical records, social work or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in medical terminology, Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • At least two years in a program management role and experience working within a community health and/or health care setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in report and grant writing and data analysis.
  • Exceptional skills in interpersonal, verbal and written communication, diplomacy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team(s).
  • Ability to manage volunteers.
  • Availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet needs of the program.
