The Free Clinic offers sports physical to children who are low-income and uninsured twice a week by appointment.  Our goal is to make sure every child can participate in school sports.

Sports physicals are offered every Monday and Wednesday morning, please call ahead for an appointment.

At this time, we are unable to provide adult physicals or well baby exams.  Head Start physicals for uninsured children are available by appointment.

All of our services are free and we are happy to help.  If you are able to make a donation it is greatly appreciated and helps us keep our programs going.  Suggested donation for a sports physical is $5-$20.  No one will be refused care if they are unable to donate.
