Volunteer Accepted to Medical School Thanks to Service at Free Clinic of Southwest Washington

Free Clinic of Southwest Washington (FCSW) volunteer, Ivan Bailey, started volunteering at the FCSW in November of 2005 with the intention of gaining some valuable medical experience and finding out more about what doctors do. He recently interviewed with the University of Washington School of Medicine where a extensive part of his interview focused on his volunteer service at the FCSW. Four days later, he received a phone call informing him of his acceptance into the program. Click here to read the complete testimonial from Ivan.
